Sunday School continues to be the most utilized discipleship methodology for discipleship of all ages in the Church of the Nazarene. Unfortunately, too many times the Sunday School hour has failed to be all that it was intended to be for those who attend. In this session, we will explore the vision and foundational practices of Sunday School which will help each Sunday School teacher become more effective in their context.

ABOUT LARRY MORRIS
“After serving as a pastor in both Colorado and North Carolina for 9 years, Larry Morris served at the Global Headquarters as the editor of the young adult and adult Sunday School curriculum before becoming the Director of Curriculum. Later he served as the Director of Adult Ministries. Currently, he serves as the Administrative Director for Nazarene Discipleship International (NDI).

Larry and his wife Sharon live in Olathe, Kansas and are passionate about God, family, and discipleship. As parents of two boys, their appreciation of their own parents’ witness, wisdom, and prayers has grown immensely over the years (Proverbs 3:5-6).”
