Additional Assembly Information:

• Lodging. The Bartlesville Fairfield Inn and Suites, 2107 Southeast Washington Blvd., Bartlesville, OK 74006 still has a few rooms with one King bed available. Call the hotel at 918-331-2100 and tell them you are with the NEO Nazarene group to get our rate.
• Saturday Chick-fil-a Lunch. No one is required to eat on site, but to make it more convenient for you to eat without rushing to find a restaurant and rushing back, we have some Chick-fil-a options on site. Please order as a church, reserving and paying for the meals before June 2.
• Nursery. Nursery for age 3 and younger will be provided throughout NMI Convention and Assembly at Bartlesville.
• Friday Evening Worship Service, 6pm. What joy it is to worship with the District family and to hear the anointed preaching of Dr. Crocker! We will recognize churches who qualify for denominational awards in discipleship and giving. We also will celebrate a new start church that was organized in the 24/25 church year, a new start church who affiliated with us this year and a new church we are starting in 25/26 church year.

EQUIP EXPERIENCE at SNU – June 1-4, 2025

The Equip Experience is a 3-day residential conference hosted on the SNU campus intended to equip students as they explore and answer the Call of God to embrace the “live last” posture of Jesus in the world. Registration is open to students who will complete their sophomore, junior, or senior year in May 2025. Meals, snacks, lodging, t-shirts, and training costs are all included. Check-in on Sunday afternoon and head out on Wednesday morning. Three days packed with worship, inspiration from ministry leaders, diverse expressions of ministry callings, and time to dream of your own vision for your future.

Students: $175  Includes all food and snacks, lodging, t-shirt, and training costs.
