Special Team Update
District Assembly & Conventions – June 8, 10-11
Dear NEO Family,
Next week we have the privilege of gathering as a District family for our Annual Conventions and Assembly. I am getting so excited! These gatherings are important. They give us opportunity to:
encourage and recharge
celebrate what God is doing
build a sense of unity and team
recall us to mission focus and alignment
relate to something bigger than our local church
Friday night’s worship service will include some family time – welcoming those receiving a District License for the first time; honoring four pastors entering retirement status; remembering those we have lost this past year, including Dr. Russell Human; rejoicing in the organization of Tulsa Kaleo Church; and celebrating some high achievements by our churches, even in a challenging year! I can’t wait to be with you next week. I am going to have my noise maker handy to celebrate YOU!
