On January 7th, 2022 all hotel rooms were released.  After January 7th,  call the Sheraton McKinney Hotel (972.549.4000; Select 0 and ask for the front desk).  Ask for the price given to our NEO District block of rooms for the weekend.  They will be happy to assist you.   It looks like the hotel will be sold out our weekend so don’t wait!

***You are responsible for any changes or cancellations to your room reservation this year.  The Sheraton McKinney cancellation policy is this:  Cancellations have to be made 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.  So, before 3pm on Thursday January 27th you need to cancel your room.  If you reserved a room for January 27th, you will need to cancel before 3pm on the Wednesday 26th of January.   Thank you.
